It can be really hard to know where to go for support.

 

We offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your concerns and the type of support that might help you and your family. Please contact us either via the form below or by email, and we will arrange a time to speak on the phone.

Following this initial consultation, we will discuss the format of any sessions, prices and payment methods.

 

If you are looking to use private health insurance, we are set-up to accept referrals through Bupa and Aviva. We do not currently offer support through any other private health insurance providers.
